Senanu Arkutu - Daar Living
Although Senanu Arkutu was born in Dar es Salaam to Ghanaian parents, she grew up in Swaziland, Nigeria, and Zimbabwe. She could see all the beautiful parts of Africa that make it home. Her life was always full of surprises, but the biggest one was when she surprised herself by leaving behind her career in reproductive health and international development and moved on to follow her heart.
Senanu had always wanted to express herself more artistically and colorfully than the usual paintings, clothing, writing, and more. Daar Living, her African-inspired interior design, was born in 2013, not only for those living in Africa but beyond.
Intending to provide a haven through hand-crafted homeware while creating designs that will achieve international recognition, Daar Living transcends your average interior styling service. The furnishings are sourced from all over Africa and designed in Ghana by a team of passionate artisans.
